Compassion and Choices of Northern California is a nonprofit organization working to improve care and expand end-of-life choices.  Compassion and Choices needed a site that presents the subject with the same compassion and empathy its staff and members use with their clients.

Axxiem provided the organization with the solution we had already developed for the New York Chapter.  As a result, both chapters benefit from a useful, engaging website and achieve tremendous cost savings.

UPDATE:  California’s “End of Life Option Act” took effect June 9, 2016.
