Reagent Proteins is a leading supplier of reagent, pre-clinical and cGMP-grade proteins to the biopharmaceutical and vaccine development community. They previously used an off-the-shelf shopping cart and ecommerce program for their product website; but found, as many life science companies do, it did not allow them the necessary level of customization.
Axxiem worked with Reagent Proteins to understand their products and their customers' needs and designed several features into the site to make products easier to find: more product categories, advanced search functionality, an alphabetical product index, and related products functionality.
